The number of Italian men who declare themselves as "house husbands" increased

The number of Italians claiming to be "house husbands" has risen to 100,000, a 24.3 percent increase compared to the same period last year, according to a report published by the National Statistics Institute (Istat).

According to the survey, about 100,000 men between 15 and 64 years of age said that their "activity" is to take care of their home. In the same period of 2018, the mark reached 81 thousand.
