Do you want to lose weight? Run these miles a week!

A new research, published in the scientific journal The Journal of Sports Medicine and Physical Fitness, found out how far you need to run to lose weight optimally.

According to the data, obtained through the analysis of more than 500 "novice" runners, an average of four kilometers per week is the ideal distance if the goal is to reduce the scale weight numbers.
