The actor criticized fascism and was insulted by European Parliament member Alessandra Mussolini
Jim Carrey posted an anti-fascist picture depicting the death of Benito Mussolini in 1945, and the Italian dictator's granddaughter Alessandra Mussolini, who is currently a member of the European Parliament, fired back. Carrey's painting depicts the corpses of Mussolini and his mistress Clara Petacci hanging by the feet. "If you're wondering what fascism leads to, just ask Benito Mussolini and his mistress Claretta," the actor wrote in a tweet posted Saturday.
