Gugu's body buried amid applause on the same day of his father's burial 10 years ago

The artist died last week after a fall at his home.

Gugu Liberato's body was buried on Friday afternoon (Nov 29) at Gethsemani Cemetery in Morumbi, Western São Paulo. The TV host's funeral took place on the same day his father was buried ten years ago.

The ceremony was open to the public and gathered hundreds of fans who sang, cheered, and offered elegies for the host. His 90-year-old mother Maria do Céu, his siblings Aparecida and Amandio, his wife Rose Miriam and his three children were very emotional.
