Pablo Picasso's 'Bust of a Woman' (1944) was ripped last week at the Tate Modern art gallery in London, and a man has been arrested and charged with the attack on the $26 million painting. Shakeel Massey, the suspect, was denied bail and will remain in custody until the pre-trial hearing on January 30.
