Applications for photography and social justice scholarships in the US open until October 15

Photographers, journalists and academics with a strong involvement in human rights and social justice activism are invited to apply for the program.

Applications for the Magnum Foundation's photography and social justice scholarship, in partnership with the Postgraduate School of Journalism of the City University of New York (CUNY) are open until October 15th.

The program is aimed at photographers, journalists and academics from various countries who are highly engaged in human rights and social justice activism.

The program consists of weekly online meetings during a period lasting from March to May, which will serve as a conceptual basis for the training and also for discussing project ideas. During the month of June, scholarship holders will attend technical training in New York, namely practical classes, lectures and discussions on critical theory.
