Tutankhamun exhibition is the most visited in the history of Paris

The "Tutankhamun, the Pharaoh's Treasure" exhibition in Paris has welcomed more than 1.3 million visitors since its opening in March, making it the most visited in the history of the French capital.

"The number of tickets sold for the exhibition exceeded 1.3 million, exceeding the number of "Tutankhamun and his time" visits in 1967, which attracted 1.2 million visitors to the Petit Palais museum, also in Paris, and whose record had not been broken so far," celebrated the organizers of the event on Tuesday. The exhibition, open until September 22nd, was first held in Los Angeles (710.000 visitors) with objects from Cairo.
