Vietnam withdrew the "Abominable" animation from its theaters because of a scene in which a map shows the "nine-lane line" unilaterally declared by China, state media reported this Monday (14).

The U-shaped line appears on Chinese maps to illustrate its claims on stretches of the South China Sea - including large portions that Vietnam regards as its continental shelf, where it has granted permits for oil prospecting.
