The businesswoman accused the Provincial Court of Luanda of preventing her from defending herself in the foreclosure process in which she is accused
According to the businesswoman, through a note signed by her adviser, the TPL is violating Angolan and international law by refusing embargoes, manipulating deadlines and refusing to recognize the forged and fabricated evidence used to justify the arrest order.
“The Luanda Court violates the law, in a case of denial of justice and the right of defense, by illegitimately denying the embargoes and the incident of false documents, including the false passport signed by Bruce Lee, formally denounced” , notes the note.
